Return Eligibility
· Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items like pet toys, clothing, or caps.
· Pet personalized items (e.g., custom pet handbags) are non-returnable unless defective.

· We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours.
· Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item (e.g., pet cart or glasses) is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

· Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
· If your pet leash or other product is defective, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
